  1. Log a ticket on this system
  2. Allow us some time to investigate and to discuss with you before we formally respond
  3. If you are not happy with this response please escalate to Divian@werentcoventryrooms.com, we may organise to meet or discuss further
  4. If you are unhappy with this response you can further escalate to tom.manning@werentcoventryrooms.com - please note: the order of number 3 and 4 may be different depending upon who dealt with the initial query (ie may be the other way around)
