Of course from time to time we will need to discuss various aspects of your stay with us and contractual obligations on both sides.


We may discuss and agree something between us verbally however our strict policy is that NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS WILL BE HONOURED.


If an agreement has been made it MUST be supported by written confirmation and a ticket number


The reason for this is that we have on the odd occasion had a natural misunderstanding and that can cause inconveniences for either or both parties and so to avoid that we need to make sure it is written and noted.  Therefore, if we do agree something verbally, we all need to make sure its written down.

We can no longer accept problems or issues when notified by text or verbally when we are present, we will always ask you to submit a ticket in addition to any other forms of communication

To ensure this system is used most effectively there can only be one problem per ticket - if you have a number of issues to report, please log separate tickets and we will update them separatley to ensure absolute clarity for you.
